It&#8217;s called &#8220;proper tissue repair nutrition&#8221;. The best foods to eat that can help heal cuts and scars will be high in antioxidants like vitamins A C and E. <p>The most important thing about eating fruits is eating them before meals on an empty stomach. This way your body detoxifies your system and gives you enough energy to last all day. </p>
